$12 ticket admits one to the Eastwood Home & Garden Tour. 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Sunday, July 13, 2025. Pick up your tour booklet and wristband at The Mansion on James (930 James Street) between 9:30 and Noon. Wristband required for admission into tour properties. The Mansion on James is our first stop on the tour and will offer guided tours of the property between 11:00 and 2:00.
