East Woods Skate Plaza was named 2015 Outstanding Facility by New York State Recreation and Parks Society (NYSRPS). In addition, Judy Lewis, chair of the Eastwood Neighborhood Association (ENA) Skate Park Research Committee, was awarded the Volunteerism Award. (Annelise Bucci, an ENA board member and member of the Skate Park Research Committee, received the Stewardship Award.)

The winners were recognized at an Awards Dinner on Monday, April 27 at the Saratoga City Center in Saratoga, New York.
